First Time...

yep, she is going to school and it just gives us different emotions.

...for we are first time parents of a pre-schooler

...for she is going to make friends

...for she is going to make a lot of "first time"

...for she will be wearing a school uniform and a personalized P.E. t-shirt :)

...for she will definitely be getting a lot of STARs and SMILEYs :)

...for it is an entirely new world for her

...for there might be some bullies in her class

...for I can't be there inside her classroom the whole time to watch her

...for I have to let her do her stuffs "on her own"

...for I will have to let go of her hand and trust that she will survive the pre-schooler world

...for she will be more matured

...for she will be happy, too...

I'm back... for MORE :)

I missed scrapping.
I missed blogging.
I missed taking pictures.
I missed surfing the net.
I missed a lot, but it's alright.
It was all for a good cause.
For things are better today. :)

I took a much needed break from all the extras in my life.
I had to take charge.
I had to direct my life where it should be going.
I learned. I still am. And I will learn more.
To make tomorrow better. :)

I thank God for everything that has happened.

Sometimes, we fail to notice that the things that we consider not so important are the ones that matter to the people we love, we care for, to them whom we want to keep the rest of our lives.
Sometimes, those that are most important to us are already slipping away without us noticing it. For we have failed to care more, to listen more and to understand more.
And when it hits us, it might already be too late.
So even if you do not want to, you just have to let go, move on and accept things as they are.
Then that is the only time we learn, realize and appreciate everything.
And just when you already stopped hoping, the least we expect happens.
And you can't be thankful enough; for you are better. :)

Dear Daughter

Last night before we went to sleep, she told me "Mommy, mahal na mahal kita." 

We always tell her how we love her but not in our language. So I was really surprised when she told me that.  Can't really tell how happy I am for how she has grown to be expressive and sweet. Every mother's heart would definitely jump for joy if you hear the same.

Time Flies...

2005, July 6th, a day before my birthday, we were so worried for we thought we were going to loose her. Hubby kept me strong and our only prayer was for God to let us keep her. Next month, on the 18th of February, she'll be three years old and she is just unstoppable. I can't thank God enough for giving us the most wonderful blessing. :)

I took her to the mall with me yesterday and we had our id pictures taken for some documents I want to finish. After the ID picture taking, I thought we take some fun shots, too. Just want to share it with you. :)
